Participation Rates & Discounts

South African Tourism has carefully reviewed rate increases for Africa’s Travel Indaba. The Floorspace and Schell Scheme Packages have not been increased for the past 5 years, however the various suppliers have increased their rates. As a result, there will be a 6% CPIX increase across floorspace and Shell Scheme as per industry norm. All additional services for the exhibition will have a very minimal increase. There are some exciting value-add package options and structure discounts available for exhibitors.

  • The above discounts are subject to approval by Synergy Business Events (Pty) Ltd and subject to the criteria to participate at Africa’s Travel Indaba.

  • VAT is charged at the legislation rate of 15%.
  • Standard units range from 3 x 3 = 9m2
  • Prices vary from venue to venue and for prime locations – please take careful note on the rate schedule
  • Prices are per square meter and should therefore be multiplied by the unit you choose i.e.
    3 x 3 = 9 m² @ rate / m² = total
  • Discounts do not apply to Meeting Hubs, Recovery Package or Association Pavilion.
